  This gym is awesome. Every coach is knowledgeable and supportive. It's clean, managed very well and has a great member base.
  
  Most importantly, CFC has an EXCELLENT training program that makes sense. Most CF gyms in and around Sacramento have programs that are all over the place. CFC follows proper cycles and logical progression and the owners actually think about which muscle groups are being taxed throughout the week, so members don't get injured.
