  This is the WORST car rental place in the entire California, no kidding. The manager there is a woman who is very bias, discriminate among clients and very rude.
  The first time i went there i was helped by a young man who served me well. The secomd time i went there which was about 2 weeks later, i met this female manager named Rampurawala, who refused to use my debit card which was the one i used last time and also same card i had used to pay for the rental online. She only had to hold $100 on my card and i had at least $400. After pleading with her to use my debit card, she said the card decline but i had enough money in my account as i checked infront of her. She said it was because of my cridit score, but again, i checked my credit score and it is good.mind you i had used this same card at same location 2 weeks ago. She asked me why am i at her store and that i should leave and go rent at enterprise. She was very unprofessional and so rude. I can never go back to rent with Avis again, they got poor management and customer service.
