  If I can't make it to Joanns or hobby lobby I come here as a last ditch effort since it's very over priced and there basically no staff to help fit customer questions and long wait times in lines about 5-15 min even without customers slow moving employees and not very aware of their own products or where to find them .
  I used to come here a lot until I noticed better customer service and lower prices elsewhere and. Those things are worth the extra time driving.
  But lately I been coming here after work right before the store closes 30-20 min before close and I notice the employees are faster and more willing to help since they are eager to leave .
  Prices are still a bit high but since I work at a store I know they have no power in changing prices. On a good note selection on beads/charms are pretty decent here and on rare occasions they gave good sales on them.
  So it sometimes worth coming last minute before close to check it out. And the beads and charm sales are the reason I'm still coming back and giving it thus okay rating . So please work on customer service and faster lines . Those two things are memorable and will have customers telling others and keep them coming back even if the prices are a bit high.
