  we have lived here almost 4 years ...yes having a washer and dryer are nice ..the office staff are rude .they call this place a non smoking property but i have seen several staff smoking outside of the office ....they have 2 pools the smaller pool is always dirty and the gate is always left open in the summer.most places have a 3 day grace period for late rent. .well they don't . we have had the people downstairs yell at my kids. the staff did nothing . the playground has empty beer cans condom wrappers littered all over there has been a penis drawn on the slide its been there for months ..as others have also said this apartment complex is not a place to raise your family...not worth it
