  We went into the store today to buy an XL Big Green Egg ($1,100+) and the lady working the BBQ area couldn't be bothered to answer any of our questions. In fact, she walked away at one point and didn't bother coming back. We were so appalled by the complete disinterest in our business that we left and vowed never to go back to a California Backyard store again.
  
  We then went to Emigh's Causal Living down the road where we received excellent customer service and promptly spent $1800 on an Egg and numerous accessories.
